Hartland’s was dreamed up by Chef Rob White — inspired by his high-end seafood spot, Liv’s, in Belmont Shore. He wanted to take that same care for good food and make it more down-to-earth: an all-day café and local market, tucked inside 1900 Ocean, where neighbors and locals feel right at home.
